Patch It Up restores stained and discolored tile to a like-new condition. Eliminates the need for costly ceiling tile replacement. Does not affect acoustical properties. Excellent for both smooth and rough surfaces. Will not cause warp or sag. Coating is nonflammable when dry and does not change the fire rating of the tile to which it had been applied.
